Diagnostic Data Procedure

The vent (backfill inlet port) must be closed before applying vacuum to the chamber. Failure to do so
may result in damage to your vacuum pump.

The vacuum valve must be open to allow a connected vacuum supply to evacuate the oven
chamber.

isplay Reading?

Record the chamber pressure level showing on the Vacuum Gauge display.

Reminder

: Make sure to record the correct unit of measurement for the chamber pressure. See

the Vacuum Gauge Operations topic on page 46 to verify the current unit of measurement.
