Caution!
Be sure to use correct posture whilst exercising. Knees should always
be slightly bent to avoid vibration travelling to the head and poten-
tially triggering severe headaches. if this occurs nevertheless, change
your posture or reduce the vibration frequency. never place the head
or chest directly on the PowerBoard. with incorrect posture this may
result in damage to the joints or organs.
never use vibration exercise for medical reasons (treatment and allevi-
ation of ailments) without consulting your physician.
at first workout units should not exceed 10 minutes 2 to 3 times per
week. you may later slowly increase the duration / intensity.
[1] on/oFF
shuts the PowerBoard on and off.

1 Warm up
the vibration frequency continues to increase, starting with
very slow, then decreases again. this rhythm will continue to
repeat.
2 Refresh
Vibration begins more intensely yet still comfortable. with this
program circulation switches from “fast” to “slow” and continu-
es to repeat.
3 Stimulate
Highest intensity on this setting. rhythm switches from „very
fast“ to „quick“. Program is particularly well suited before and
after workout units.

use to adjust the vibration speed (1-10).
