3. After inserting the lifting bar, re-insert the bolt and
locking plate in the correct position.

4. Position the lifting ropes on lifting bars. Evenly posi-
tioned spacers that will not slip off between the ropes
should be used between the lifting ropes to prevent
damage to the top of the unit and ensure that no ex-
cess pressure is applied to the side panels. Spacers
used should be durable to the force applied by the
ropes (in terms of dimension and material).

5. Before proceeding lifting, make sure load is dis-
tributed evenly and check if the steps above are per-
formed (Lifting bars cannot be removed if there is no
enough space between the unit and the wall)
As shown in the example below, it is not possible to
remove 6th section of the AHU from the right side
because it is so close to the wall. Bar can be re-
moved from the left side if 3rd section of the AHU is
not placed. When 6th section is placed, remove bolts
and plates on the right side to remove the lifting bars.

5. ASSEMBLY
5.1. Air Handling Unit Assembly
• Place the anti-vibration rubber pads (optional) to
the location where the first AHU section will be po -
sitioned.
• Place the first module on the anti-vibration rubber
pads and then remove the lifting bars.
2. Slide the lifting bar into the hole on the base frame
intended for that purpose.
