Adjustment of Air Direction

To operate the discharge louver automatically

Selection of MONITOR/SET
Push “MONITOR/SET” button to match to “SET”.
If the operation stops,
push “ON” button. “ON” indication goes on.

Selection of LOUVER
Push “LOUVER” button. “LOUVER” indication
goes on.
Push “MONITOR/SET” button again to match to
“MONITOR”, and setting completes.

To fix the discharge louver at a specific position
Push “MONITOR/SET” button to match to “SET” while the air conditioner operates (Louver operation), and push the
“LOUVER” button.
• “LOUVER” indication goes off.
Push “MONITOR/SET” button again to match “MONITOR”. Then the setting completes.
• The discharge louver stops soon.
REQUIREMENT
Do not move the discharge louver directly with hands. It may cause a trouble.
Select the direction of the discharge louver by the Louver operation button on the remote controller.
When using an air conditioner of which discharge louver has no AUTO function
When using the central remote controller on an air condi-
tioner of which discharge louver has no AUTO function,
“LOUVER” and “MANUAL” indications go on by pushing the
Louver operation button, after a while they go off.
• In this time, fix the discharge louver to the desired position
for usage.
NOTIFICATION
• If cooling operation is performed with downward discharging of louver, dewing is caused on the cabinet or
surface of the louver resulted in falling of dewdrops.
• If heating operation is performed with horizontal discharging of louver, temperature unevenness may become
large in the room.
