TROUBLESHOOTING  

 

 

Problem -- Unit will not turn on 

  Is the  unit connected to a  dedicated electrical circuit as  defined  in  the  installation 

section of the manual? 

  Is there power at the electric outlet the unit is plugged into? 

  Is the unit’s power switch turned on? 

 

Problem  –  The  chemical  indicator  strip  did  not  turn  from  blue  to  pink  after 

sterilization cycle was complete. 

  H2O2 canister present in H2O2 Canister Housing? 

  H2O2 canister fluid level full? 

  H2O2 canister outdated/ expired check date code on side?. 

  H2O2 heater failed, check Maintenance screen?  

 

Problem – The interlock activates while the door is open (or not fully closed) 

  Physically push ‘up’ on the lock plunger returning it to the ‘unlocked’ position.  

Close 

the door

 

and re-start the sterilization cycle. 

 

Problem – The interlock stays locked after sterilization cycle is complete  

  Physically push ‘up’ on the lock plunger returning it to the ‘unlocked’ position.  

This 

will require a flat screwdriver to be inserted through the front side of the lock housing.
