Audible Alarm Mute:

By factory default, when an alarm condition is present, the buzzer will sound. This

buzzer can be muted in an ‘on/off’ fashion eliminating all audible sounds. (Muting the

buzzer will silence it until manually ‘un-muted’. This is different than ‘silence’ in the fact

that silence can only be enabled when an alarm condition is present.

When the buzzer is muted, the alarm icon continues to flash and the remote alarm

contacts (optional) remain in the ‘alarm’ state.

To mute the buzzer:

Press the

(Menu) button.
