Remote Security and Keyless Entry Operation
Congratulations!
On your purchase of our Unique Remote Auto Starter with Keyless Entry and Security System. Please read
the enclosed operating instructions to insure you enjoy the numerous benefits available to you.
As with any product that performs automatic functions, there are certain safety precautions that you must
practice and be aware of.
1. Keep the transmitter[s] out of children’s reach.
2. Do not leave anyone in the vehicle while running on remote control.
3. Alert servicing personnel that the vehicle can be started automatically.
4. Do not start the vehicle by remote while it’s in an enclosed area or garage.
5. Always apply the parking brake and lock the vehicle as you exit the vehicle.
6. Should the unit malfunction, disconnect the fuse until the problem is corrected.
7. The use and operations of this system is the sole responsibility of the operator.
8. This system is designed for a fuel-injected vehicle with an automatic transmission.
9. This system must be installed and wired through a safety switch so it will not start in any forward or
reverse gear.
10. This system shall never be installed on a vehicle with a manual transmission.
11. Some areas may have local ordinances that prohibit leaving a vehicle running on public streets.
• The system has an operating range of up to approximately 1,000 ft.
• Two 4-button code hopping transmitters are included for your convenience.
• Keep the transmitters dry. Do not submerge them in water.
• Loss or abuse to the transmitters or to its case is not warranted.
• Under normal use, the batteries will last about one year. [Uses A23 type]
To Arm the Alarm and Lock the Doors:
• Exit the vehicle and depress the “LOCK” button on the transmitter once.
• The siren/horn will chirp once, parking lights will flash once, the doors will “LOCK” and the LED will
begin flashing.
• The alarm is now armed.
• If your security system becomes triggered, the parking lights will flash and the alarm will sound for 60
seconds and reset. If a door is left open, the system will sound for two more 60-second cycles. The
alarm will fully rearm and then ignore the door trigger zone. Closing the door will re-set the door
trigger zone.
Note: If the dome light is on at the time, you arm the alarm you will hear another short chirp about [4]
seconds later to indicate a protected zone is being violated. This is very common on vehicles with
factory delayed interior lights. The alarm will arm the door trigger zone after the interior lights go off.
Because your vehicle is equipped with an shock sensor, you may experience the above symptoms
depending on how sensitive the sensor is set and how hard the door was closed. The alarm will arm the
shock sensor once the zone is cleared.
