If you think there might be a problem ...
Phenomenon
Items to check & approach to take
The curbed casters roll more than
expected.
On very smooth floors, use additional non-slip floor mats.
The seat does not go lower.
When operating the lever, do you put your body weight on the center of the seat pan?
Has the seat pan gotten into the lowest position?
The seat does not rise.
When operating the lever, do you lift your body upward from the seat pan?
Has the seat pan gotten into the highest position?
The seat rises despite not using the
height lever.
The phenomenon of the seat pan dropping 1-2cm when the height lever is not used is called “tuckering
(sinking)” and this is a system equipped with a gas cylinder for raising and lowering the seat that alleviates
the shock when you sit down.
An abnormal noise occurs.
When an abnormal noise is produced by tilting (the back of the chair), etc., immediately stop using the chair
and contact the sales location where you made the purchase.
The grime does not come out of
the cushioned sections.
When grime does not come out despite taking the “care” measure, we recommend that the part be replaced
by a new cushion.
The backrest does not come back
(to upright).
Has the tilt knob been unlocked?
Try turning the tilt tension adjustment knob in the “Increase” direction.
Sit on the front of the seat (front edge), not on the back of the seat.
If the problem is not fixed, we would request that you stop
using the chair and contact the sales location where you
made the purchase or the
