Select “What” Screen
Select an option in the Recording Mode area on the Add/Edit Schedule Item dialog under
the Normal Schedule or Special Day Schedule dialog, depending on what to record.

Select the recording mode and configure settings.
While only the frame rate (fps) needs to be set for the Continuously at Max, further settings
are necessary for the On motion detection and On sensor event on the
Motion Detection
Settings and Sensor Event Settings dialogs (respectively) displayed by clicking
Settings... on the first dialog.

If you want to sequentially configure recording settings as you
use the camera, first configure the Continuous recording.
