Chapter 5 Administrator Settings

Set the function to restrict, and then press [OK].

• Use only Job Buttons

Disable scanning from the Home screen and display the
Job Button screen when the user logs in.

• Restriction to Send

Restrict the destinations to which the scanner can send
images. Deselect a destination to disable it.

• Restriction to Edit

Restrict the editing of address books and job buttons.
Deselect an address book or job button to disable editing
for it.

Hint

Configure this setting to make only the existing addresses and
job buttons available to the user.

• Restriction to Use

Restrict the use of the LDAP address book when use of
an address book server is enabled in
