Optional Equipment

Remove the jammed staples using a
pointed object.

CAUTION

• Do not try to remove jammed staples

with your fingers. The staples may have
sharp edges and may cause injury.

• Handle jammed staples with care after

they are removed, as they may cause
injury.

NOTE

• Staples are normally straight prior to

stapling. The jam is removed when all bent
or skewed staples have been removed.

Push the release plate back down until
the plate clicks.

Replace the stapler unit in its original
position and close the front cover.

Follow the instructions in the touch panel display.
