(5) R S -422 Terminal
Serial terminal (RJ-45 connector) supporting for RS-422.
Connect GND to each other to stabilize the voltage level of the signal.
Use category 5e or higher STP cables.
(6) AUX (auxiliary) terminal
Control terminal for external devices. Usable wire is AWG 28 to AWG 22, stripping wire length 9 to 10 mm.
When connecting with other device outdoors, use cables up to 3 m in length.
Terminal for washer
To connect to a washer (commercially available), use ACC.CONT (open drain) and + 12 V output (350 mA or
less) terminal.
Output terminal for external device
The external device output terminals consist of one set of two terminals (AUX OUT (3), AUX OUT (4)). There is no
distinction b and - for terminals. By controlling the internal controller, the conduction state and the
insulation state between the two terminals can be switched. An optical coupling element is used for the output
terminal, and it is separated from the internal circuit of the main unit.
Keep the connection load within the following ratings for the output terminal.
Rating between output terminals: DC maximum voltage 50 V
Continuous load current 200 mA
Input terminal for external device
The input terminal for external device consists of one set of two terminals (AUX IN and GND), and the GND
terminal is connected to GND inside the main unit.
An interrupt is generated to the internal controller by connecting a cable to the AUX IN and GND terminals and
electrically connecting (ON) or insulating them (OFF).
Connect the sensor or switch to a terminal that is electrically isolated from the power supply or GND.
