1. PRODUCT OUTLINE

1.1  Product Outline

This desktop color printer achieves high-speed printing by means of a dual cartridge
system.  It also realizes maximum 1440 (vertical) x 720 (horizontal) dpi high-resolution
printing by using the printer driver to perform the main data processing.
Moreover, this printer achieves high image printing by adopting a “drop modulation
technology” in the color BJ cartridge and photo BJ cartridge.  High-density
monochrome printing is offered with a black BJ cartridge that adopts a newly developed
ink.  The reproduction of color graduations has been improved through the combined
use of these cartridges.
In addition, the printing environment is further expanded by the possibilities of printing
on up to A3-size paper and banner (long paper) printing by manual feeding.  This is a
high-performance standard machine.
