3. ASSEMBLY
STEP 1
1. Insert the Bolt M12X90 on one of the wheels into the hole on Wheel Bracket
，
make sure the wheel should be at the outside. Then lock it by a Nylon Lock Nut
M12. Adjust the position of the Hex Nut M12 to make sure the wheel is not so
tight and not so loose
，
just can swiveling flexible. Finally,please tighten both of
the Nylon Lock Nut and Hex Nut.
2. The other wheel is assembled by the same way.
