Using the Encoders
The main screen has 28 rotary encoders around its perimeter
– 16 horizontally below the screen and 12
vertically to the right of the screen. The encoders also have a push and push / hold function for certain
operations.
The encodes will map to the relevant functions of the GUI - EQ, DYNAMICS etc - allowing the
parameters to be changed via turning. By pressing and holding the encoder it will zero any trim or
return values back to the default position.
33: DYNAMICS - The DYNAMICS GUI has the functions mapped to the bottom 16 encoders.
Some functions, for example EQ, can be used either on the horizontal or the vertical. The GUI will
remap to the relevant horizontal or vertical encoders. In the case of the EQ the GUI can also be scrolled
to give access to the “missing” LOW and HIGH PASS filters when in the vertical. Again, the mapping to
the encoders will follow the GUI. (See over page)
