Service and maintenance

How to clean your handset and base

Occasionally wipe the base and handset with a clean dry cloth.
Slightly moisten the cloth to remove any stubborn marks.

Do not use sprays or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the
casing and the parts inside the handset and base.

Positioning the base

Make sure it is near a power socket and a phone point.

Do not place the base on or near a television or computer monitor.
Some electrical equipment can interfere with reception if the base
is placed too close.

Do not place the base on untreated antique furniture.

Do not expose the handset or base to direct sunlight, extreme
temperatures or high humidity, or position where it is likely to get
wet.
