Deleting an entry
You can delete a number currently stored in your
phonebook:
Press
Phonebook
during pre-dial or standby.
The display reads ADD ENTRY.
Use the
Alphanumeric
keys or
Scroll
to scroll through the
records until the required entry is displayed
Press
Menu
. (Except when ADD ENTRY is displayed).
The display will show EDIT ENTRY.
Use
Scroll
to scroll until DELETE is displayed.
Press
OK
.
Press
OK
to confirm. The handset beeps and the selected
entry is deleted.
The display will return to PHONEBOOK.
Press
Cancel
to exit.
Press and hold
Cancel
to exit to standby.

VIP ringer melody
You can assign a distinctive ringing tone to incoming calls
from specific callers. When the Caller ID of an incoming call
matches a number in a phonebook record in the handset,
the phonebook name is displayed and the VIP melody
defined for that record is played as the handset ringing
melody - provided the VIP melody is set to on.
Press
Phonebook
during pre-dial or standby.
The display reads ADD ENTRY.
Use the
Alphanumeric

Scroll
to scroll through
the records until the required record is displayed.
