Regular exercise for training the footwork. The player can, instead of the topspin ball, also play counter
balls. From the backhand side in each case a backhand topspin and a forehand topspin are
played. After that one ball onto the wide forehand follows which is also played back with a topspin.

This exercise is for a left-handed player who is training against a right-handed player. After a service of
'Amicus 3000 Plus' the left-handed player plays a diagonal backhand topspin. This is played back with a
block by the ball machine. The player now plays a backhand topspin onto the centre/elbow as
preparation for the concluding forehand topspin. With the down-the-line forehand topspin from the
backhand the player must win a point.
