This regular exercise begins with a service from the TT ball machine. After that, two counter balls onto
the forehand and onto the backhand of the player follow. Depending on the playing system they are
played back diagonally as a counter ball or as a topspin.

This exercise is suitable for learning a technique. In this example the backhand topspin from a
service/return situation is trained. A service from the ball machine is followed by a long backspin ball onto
the backhand of the player who returns this ball as a backhand topspin. (Also suitable for training
forehand topspin)
