Fitting the air vent

Firmly screw threaded fitting (Fig. 60,

) and
double threaded fitting (Fig. 60,

) into air pot
(O-ring gasket).

Push air pot (Fig. 60,
Item 5
) and fitting onto collector
connection and secure with clip.
z
Connect header pipe to the compression fitting
(15 mm) (Fig. 60,
Item 2
).

Connecting two arrays
If connecting two collector arrays (Fig. 61,
Item 1
) you
will need a second connection kit.

Fit individual parts as described in Chapter 8.2 "Ven-
ting through pressure filling".
z
Make on-site connection between collector arrays
using copper pipe.
