Boiler casing
This section describes how to fit thermal insulation and
casing components.
2.7.1
Support brackets
The edge of the front support brackets must point to the
front.
z
At the boiler front screw one further nut onto each tie-
bars (Fig. 30,
).
z
Insert the cross support bracket at the front on top of
the boiler (Fig. 30,
Item 1
) between the first and the
second nut of the tie bars and secure on the cast lugs.
z
Tighten the outer nuts.
z
Secure the cross support bracket at the lower front
(Fig. 30,
Item 3
) with two screws on the boiler section
feet of the front section.
z
Secure the upper rear support bracket (Fig. 31,
Item 1
) on the cast lugs and with screws (M 8 x 15)
on the rear section.
The edge of the front upper support bracket must
point
to the front

Secure the lower support bracket (Fig. 31,
)
with two screws (M 8 x 15) to the feet of the rear
section.
The edge of the lower support bracket must point to
the rear.
