Operation Manual Sepiatec SFC-250

Operation

7.1

System start - up

Switch on the external thermostat. The
recommended temperature is 5 °C.

Switch on the chiller.

Push the

ON/OFF-switch

This powers up the remaining
hardware.

Switch on the system with the

main

switch

This also starts the computer and the
touchscreen.

Release the emergency switch button.

Press the green button next to the
emergency switch.

Tap the

[Prep SFC]

symbol on the

touchscreen to start the software.

Prep SFC control software window
opens.

Tap the

[Verify]

button to ensure that

all modules are communicating
correctly.

7.2

Positioning of the sample

NOTE
The capillary tubes should descend in a straight line and without tension.
