The example shown here indicates that the numbering
procedure of the 4 DIAPER FEEDER devices is going
to start.
•
The red LEDs of all TS44 tension sensors start flashing
and the LEDs of Control, Enter and Reset buttons
toggle (red and green). In addition, the display of all
DIAPER FEEDER devices shows the
IDENTIFY
FEEDER message
•
Press Enter on the First DIAPER FEEDER device and
check that:
a) The LED of tension sensor turns off and the LEDs
of Control, Enter and Reset buttons remain steady
green.
b) The display of numbered device shows the
assigned number.
c) The CURRENT field on SMART MATRIX CUBE
terminal increases by 1.
•
Repeat the above procedure for all connected DIAPER
FEEDER devices.
At the end of the TS55 numbering operation, the IS3F/HTP
identification screen automatically -appears.
•
The display of SM-DIN Boards will show
•
The green led will flash on all sensors
•
Shim the touch light of the first sensor
The sensor’s led changes from flashing green to red.
•
Continue with the identification of all sensors.
•
Press OK at he end of the identification. The
configuration menu will re-appear
To return to CONTROL status.
Single Device Numbering (TS55)
To number a single TS55 device (for instance in case of replacement) operate as follows:
•
Carry out all the operations described on Device
Configuration and Numbering paragraph, until the
screen showing the Current and Total device numbers
appears on the terminal display.
•
Select on the CURRENT field, the number of device to
be re-numbered (e.g. 003).
•
Skim the touch light of TS55 sensor number 003 and
check that:
a) the sensor LED changes from flashing green to
red.
b) The CURRENT field on SMART MATRIX CUBE
terminal increases by 1.
To leave the identification procedure once you have re-
numbered the sensor.
