When the KTF/100HPS device operates in Mode 04

(see P3 programming level),

these parameters have no effect.

ERROR RESET

In Mode 04, the reset of error conditions due to set threshold levels exceeded, is

automatically

performed

(likewise Modes 02 and 03)

, as soon as the tension value

drops again within the programmed tolerance band.

ACTIVATION OF OPEN COLLECTOR OUTPUTS TO DRIVE THE SOLENOID VALVE

When the KTF operates in Mode 04 and activates the yarn recovery function

(by

reversing the motor rotation direction)

, is activates the two CHA and CHB outputs

on KTF’s connector #2 (

see Electrical Interface of KTF/100HPS devices, page

2.4)

. These are two “Open Collector” outputs that can be used to drive a solenoid

valve generating the air blow needed to direct the yarn inside the recovery
chamber.
