• For installation, commissioning / start-up and operation of this system
adhere to the current valid safety and accident prevention regulations.
• Electrical components may only be assembled in de-energized con-
dition.
• Motors must be assembled in accordance with the assembly method
(flange / foot assembly) the motor manufacturer stipulates / provides
in his own assembly manual.
• All components of the incomplete system must be assembled so that
they do not affect the free moving space of the staff and of other
machine components.
• The incomplete machine may not be started before all mounted parts,
in particular all covers, safety elements (e.g. emergency stops etc.)
and safety sensors have been assembled and an operational check
has been carried out.
1.6 Structure of the safety instructions
The safety instructions in this assembly manual are of a uniform structure
in accordance with the following examples.
