In the measurement mode press the [CURVE/FILTER/TOL/
CUST] key three times.

The GO/NG judgment function setup mode is entered.

Press the [n/ENT] key.

If this function has already been set, then the set value will
be displayed.

Press the [PARAMETER] key, if required, to switch to the
parameter for which the GO/NG judgment function is to be set.

If there is no need to switch from the current parameter, proceed
to the next step without pressing the [PARAMETER] key.

The currently flashing parameter changes.

While the desired parameter is flashing, press the [n/ENT]
key.

The objective parameter of the GO/NG judgment is accepted.

Enter the upper limit.

TIP

For information on how to enter a numeric
value refer to “2.2 Key Operations to Enter
Numeric Values”.
During numeric entry if the [MODE/ESC] key is
pressed before the [n/ENT] key has been
pressed, the entered value is canceled and the
measurement mode is restored.
