The “L” indicates that the input wait state has been entered
for an arbitrary evaluation length. In this stage an evalua-
tion length can be entered. See also “4.3 Setting the
Evaluation Length to an Arbitrary Length”.
Returns to the step in which the number of sampling
lengths was selected.
