Bottom Flared Cage Section
Build the bottom Flare Hoop by connecting the two (2) Hoop Halves (Item 10) with
an Expander section (Item 13) in between, using 5/16 x 3/4'' Hex Head Bin Seal Bolts
(heads inside) and Hex Nuts. The ends of bottom Hoop Halves attach to the
back
edge (next to the bin wall) of the Ladder Rail with a Locking Clip Assembly, with
Bolt Heads
inside .
