Use a 30° cutter to clear 1/4 of external end of race.

Use  a  70°  cutter  to  clear  1/4  of  bottom  of  race.
Remove  the  cutter  and  check  the  processed
locations.

Use a 45° trimming cutter to grind the race so that
it meets the suitable width.
Make  sure  all  caves  and  unevenness  are
eliminated.
Standard valve base width:     Intake: 1.1-1.3 mm

Discharge: 1.0-1.2mm
