IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Never operate heater without a temperature control
device. Failure to use such a device may result in
process damage or heater failure.
Inspect heater before use (see page 9)
Never operate a heater without an appropriate heat
sink (device being heated is considered to be a heat
sink).
Never expose the heater to temperatures above the
rated exposure temperature.
Fluid should not be allowed to come in contact with the
heater.
Never lift or pull the heater by its power cord or lead
wire.
Never cut, punch holes in or otherwise modify heater.
Do not use tools such as pliers or vice grips to pull or
tighten the heater.
Failure to observe these warnings may result in personal injury
or damage to the heater.

allow to cool prior to removing from the surface.
Do not use in the presence of flammable or
combustible materials, fire or explosion may result.
The heater contains components which may ignite
such materials
Do not modify this product. Modification will void
warranty.
Failure to observe these warnings may result in electric shock,
risk of fire, and personal injury.
End User Must Comply to the Following:
Only qualified personnel are allowed to connect the
electrical wiring.
Disconnect all supply power at the source before
making any heating cable power input connections.
All electrical wiring must follow local electrical codes.
The person who performs the final installation / wiring
must be qualified for this work.
The end-user is responsible for providing a suitable
disconnecting device.
The end-user is responsible for providing suitable
electrical protection device. It is highly recommended
that a ground fault circuit breaker be used.

service life. Overheating , contamination and misuse will greatly
reduce the life of the heater, Your heater should only be used in
dry, non-hazardous areas. Only use the heater on the surface it
is designed to heat.
