1. Carry out Steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the "Using the Meat Mincer" section.
2. Place the sausage adapter (10c or 10d) on the external end of the spiral.
3. Place a sausage stuffing tube (10a or 10b) on the sausage adapter. Tube 10a is for
chipolatas and 10b is for thick sausages.
4. Place the lock (13) on the sausage tube and then screw it in to lock all the parts.
5. Plug in your kitchen machine.
6. Place a container under the mincer outlet to collect the sausages.
7. Place the sausage meat on the mincer plate (15) and then push using the pusher (9) in
the vertical tube of the mincer.
8. Using the speed selector (6) choose the operating speed for the meat mincer.
Cut the meat into small pieces of about 2.5 cm for easier use. Ensure that your
pieces of meat do not contain bones or tendons. Do not use your kitchen machine for
more than 10 minutes at a time. After 10 minutes let it cool for 10 minutes before
restarting it.
d) Using the Grater/Slicer
1. Remove the accessory attachment cover (2a).
2. Place the Grater/Slicer holder (18) as shown in the illustration and then click it into your
kitchen machine and turn it clockwise until it locks.
3. Choose a disc from the thick grater disc (20a), the slicer disc (20b) and the fine grater disc
(20c) and then place it in the space for the Grater/Slicer accessory.
4. Plug in your kitchen machine.
5. Place a container under the Grater/Slicer accessory outlet to collect the food.
6. Using the speed selector (6) choose the operating speed.
