After 10 minutes' operation allow the machine to cool for several minutes.
Stop the mixer if you see food collecting on the sides of the bowl. Remove this food using
a spatula.
b) Using the Meat Mincer
1. Remove the front cover (2a) using the opening button (4).
2. Place the mincer holder (11) as indicated in the illustration and lock it onto your kitchen
machine. Then turn it clockwise until it locks.
3. Place the mincer plate (15) on the upper opening of the metal mincer holder (11).
4. Insert the spiral (12) inside the metal mincer holder (11) so that it clicks in and locks.
5. Place the blades (14) on the external end of the spiral (12) and then your chosen grid
(16). Place the lock (13) on the grid (16) and then screw it up to lock the mincer and all
the components.
6. Plug in your kitchen machine.
7. Place a container under the mincer outlet to collect the minced meat.
8. Place the meat to be minced on the mincer plate (15) and then push using the pusher (9)
in the vertical tube of the mincer.
9. Using the speed selector (6) choose the operating speed for the meat mincer.
