Adjusting agent and spraying
pressure
It is imperative that you comply with the
chapter "General requirements on the
compressed air source", page 9.
The required agent pressure amounts to
at least 2.5 bar and at most 6 bar.
The required spraying pressure amounts
to at least 0.5 bar and at most 2 bar.
It is not possible to achieve a reasonable
spray pattern if the pressure values for
agent and spraying pressure fall short of
the required values.
The bleed valve (3) opens if the
maximum permissible implement
pressure of 6 bar is exceeded.
- Connect the compressed air supply (1) to an
external compressed air source.
- Turn the turning knob (2) until the manometer
pointer (3) shows an agent pressure of at least 2.5
bar.
To adjust the agent or spraying
pressure, slightly pull out the turning
knob (2 or 4) in the direction of the arrow
(5) and turn it into the desired direction.
To increase the agent or spraying
pressure -
turn the turning knob
clockwise (+).
To reduce the agent or spraying
pressure - turn the turning knob anti-
clockwise (-).
- Pull the spray gun trigger (1) until agent will
discharge from the spraying nozzle (2).
- Release the trigger (1) as soon agent discharges
from the nozzle.
