This device helps keep food warm with a bain-marie, and cannot be used to reheat or cook food.

In compliance with the regulations in force, food in the bain-marie must be kept at a temperature higher to
63 °C.

The device must be connected to a 10/16 Amp singe-phase socket with ground and will be connected to a
high sensitivity differential device and protected against overcurrent.

Before plugging or unplugging the device, make sure the main switch on the left-hand side of the device is
off and in 0 position.

The device cannot be connected without the single-phase plug. We shall not be held liable for any modifi-
cation.
DRAIN CONNECTION

Install a drain pipe with a 3/4'' female coupling on the valve located under the tank.

Make sure the outlet valve is shut and the main switch on "

Fill the tank with hot water up to the mark on one of the tank's vertical panels:
-
lower mark in order to use it with 200 mm high gastronorm containers.

upper mark in order to use it with gastronorm containers under 200 mm.

Put a lid on the tank for the water to heat up more quickly.

The thermostat enables water temperature to be adjusted. To keep food above 63°C, set thermostat to
100°C.

Water must be preheated to at least 90 °C before putting the food in.
TANK DRAINAGE

Open the valve. Caution: water temperature ranges from 90/100 °C.
CAUSES OF FAILURE
y
Nothing starts up, when the device is switched on :
-
check power supply.
y
Tank water does not heat up :
-
check thermostat setting.
-
the safety thermostat has disconnected the device. Contact your dealer.
y
For any other failure, contact your dealer.
