10 Guided Cooking re-
cipes
The "Recipes" function will lead you
step by step to a delicious dish. Your
appliance will specify all ingredients,
work steps and parameters for you.
10.1 Selecting recipes
1.
Switch the appliance on with ⁠.
2.
Press "Recipes".
3.
Select the required recipe cat-
egory.
Tips
¡
You can filter the recipes.

To switch between image view
and list view, press or ⁠.
To return to the recipe categories,
press ⁠.
4.
Select the required recipe.

The display shows the recipe de-
tails.
5.
To make the recipe, press "Cook-
ing".
Tip: You can add the recipe to
your memory list.

The appliance starts making the
recipe.
10.2 Filtering recipes
You can narrow down the selection
of recipes using the filter.
1.
Press ⁠.

The display shows the number of
recipes and features.
2.
To select a feature, press ⁠.

The display shows the possible
settings.
3.
Select the required features and
press "Indicators/symbols".
4.
To deselect the selected features,
press "Reset".

The display shows recipes with the
selected features.
10.3 Preparing a recipe
Requirements

A Guided Cooking recipe or an
automatic programme is selected.

The ingredients are ready for pro-
cessing.
1.
Follow the safety instructions.

2.
Follow the instructions on the dis-
play.
3.
To start operation, press "Start".
4.
To interrupt operation, press
"Pause".
5.
To end the recipe, press "Done".
Note:
If setting values are given for
ovens in a Guided Cooking recipe,
these values refer to Bosch ovens. If
you use a different oven, follow the
manufacturer's instructions.
Tips
¡
You can keep selected dishes
warm for up to 30 minutes by
pressing "Keeping warm".

To see the next steps during pre-
paration, press . To exit the re-
cipe preview, press ⁠.
