To Change I/O and IRQ Settings (Windows 95):
After completing all steps, shut down and restart Windows
95. In Control Panel, select System...Device Manager, then
select Ports, then the COM port just installed. Then click
Properties
and select the Resources tab. Click either “Input/
Output Range” or “Interrupt Request”, then Change
Setting....
Note carefully any resource conflicts in the lower box and
choose a different setting if necessary. Click OK twice, then
select Start...Shutdown...Yes to shut down the computer.
Remember to match settings with the jumpers on the board.
After shutdown, power off the computer.
