Turbofan Convection Oven

6.4.4 HOLD TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT

1) The hold temperature of the oven can be

adjusted by turning the hold thermostat dial to
the desired hold temperature. This dial is
located inside the control panel.

ADJUSTMENT

1) Remove 60 minute timer knob by pulling it

firmly away from control panel.

2) Open control panel (refer 6.2.1). Loosen two

screws on control panel holding 60 minute
timer.
