Rebuild to scarifier (for 60Hz machines)

The BMC-335 (60hz) can be rebuilt into a scarifier.

Kit needed (excluding scarify drum): E14857 - 60Hz scarify rebuild set for BMC-335ELITE.

1. Remove the support plate

2. Remove the Side plate

3. Remove the sawing drum

4. Remove coverplate

5. Remove beltcover

6. Loosen the M20 nut

7. Loosen the belt tension

8. Remove the belt

9. Remove the M12x25 countersunk head screw

10. Remove the mounting bush

11. Remove the pulley

12. Use the hook wrench

13. Remove the slotted nut

14. Remove the pulley

15. Mount pulley E13902

16. Use a new Shaft Nut BE0087

17. Fasten with the hook wrench

18. Mount pulley E13686

19. Mount the belt E14844

20. Mount the mounting bush

21. Fasten with M12x25 countersunk head screw
