6.3 Rebuild to scarifier (for 50Hz machines)
The BMC-335 (50hz) can be rebuilt into a scarifier by changing the drive belt and a pulley.
Parts needed (excluding scarify drum):

10 E13685 HTD Belt 1
9 E13686 HTD pulley top 1
 Turn the drum up (maximum).
 Remove (1) + (2).
 Loosen nuts (3) + (4).
 Remove belt (5).
 Remove screw M12x25 (6).
 Remove mounting bush (7).
 Remove pulley (8).
 Mount pulley (9).
 Apply Loctite 243 in screw thread of motor
axle.
 Fasten mounting bush (7) with screw
M12x25 (6).
 Mount belt (10).
 Adjust the belt tension with nut (4).
BMP 15kW = 117Hz
 Fix the setting with the counter nut (3).
 Fasten (1) and (2).
!WARNING!
Only use CW rotation when the
machine is rebuilt to scarifier!!
