The Tasks Options screen appears, displaying the following
two options:
•
Sort By:
Select how you want to sort the tasks in your
Tasks
screen. Choose from Subject, Priority, Due Date, or
Status. By default, this option is set to Subject.
•
Confirm Task Delete:
Select whether or not you want to
confirm deleting task entries. By default, this option is set
to Yes.

Scroll to the field you would like to set, then press the
SPACE
key to scroll through your options. Release the
SPACE
key once
you have set the option to your preference.

Click the trackwheel to view the menu. Scroll to Save Options
and click.
You return to the Tasks screen.
To add tasks
1.
In the Home screen, scroll to the TASKS icon and click.
2.
In the Tasks screen, click the trackwheel to view the menu.
Scroll to New Task and click.
3.
In the New Task screen, complete the information for the task.
Press
ENTER
after each field. In the Status, Priority, and Due
Date fields, use the
SPACE
key to scroll through your options.
