1) Using a modeling knife, remove the
covering at servo tray (only left side of fuselage)
and at fuselage slot.
Remove covering.
INSTALLING ELEVATOR.
2) Using the thread as a guide and using
masking tape, tape the servo lead to the end
of the thread: carefully pull the thread out.
When you have pulled the servo lead out,
remove the masking tape and the servo lead
from the thread.
3) Drill 1,6mm pilot holes through the block
of wood for each of the four mounting screws
provided with the servo.
Remove covering.
Elevator servo.
HORIZONTAL STABILIZER
INSTALLATION.
Bottom side.
Center line.
1) Using a ruler and a pen, locate the
centerline of the elevator, at the trailing edge
and place a mark. Use a triangle and extend
this mark, from back to front, across the top
of the elevator. Also extend this mark down the
back of the trailing edge of the elevator. Then
slide the elevator into the fuselage.
2. Mark the shape of the vertical on the left
and right sides onto the horizontal stabilizer
using a felt-tip pen
Cut the covering
away from the slot.
Temporary pin to
keep hinge centered.
Assemble then apply drops of thin
C/A to center of hinge,on both sides.
