Dry grinding – Use of the Dry Grinding Cup

(small/big)

1.  Put the food material into the dry grinding cup (small or

big). Do not make the food material level higher than the

maximum scale of the dry grinding cup (it is 60 g for

soybean), otherwise the crushing effect and life of the

product will be affected.

2.  Install the gasket in the corresponding groove of the

cutter holder. If it is not installed, or it is not correctly

installed, the product will not run normally.

•  Tighten dry grinding cup blade assembly with the dry

grinding cup.

3.  Tighten the dry grinding cup assembly on the main unit.

4.  Connect the power supply, choose the speed and start

the product for running for one minute at most.

•  After processing, turn off the switch, disconnect the

power supply and dismantle the dry grinding cup from the

main unit.

•  Hold the dry grinding cup blade assembly and gently

shake it for several times to make the food material

gather in the dry grinding cup. Unscrew the dry grinding

cup blade assembly and pour the food material in the dry

grinding cup.

Notes:

•  Clove, anise and fennel must be processed with other

food materials to avoid cup damage.

•  The cup color will possibly change after processing of

food materials such as clove, fennel and cinnamon.

•  Do not process food materials with much moisture or

liquid (such as fruits and fruit juice) in the dry grinding

cup.

•  In several successive times of food material processing,

clean the dry grinding cup and the dry grinding cup blade

assembly each time to avoid loose fitting between them.

•  The dry grinding function is not suitable for too hard food

materials such as cardamun.

•  If expected processing effect is not reached within one

minute, stop the product and start it again two minutes

later for continued processing. This will make the product

life longer.

Tips for blending

•  A brief whirl in the blender will rescue a lumpy gravy, or

an eggs-based sauce that has separated.

•  Food items for blending should be cut into cubes

(approximately 2-3cm), this will assist in achieving an

even result.
