The following table lists error messages that may appear when using the DTX5000-R user
station.

User not found
User attempts to log in to the DTX5000-CTL Management
Appliance. The username has not been added to the internal
authentication service of the DTX5000-CTL Management
Appliance.

Invalid password
User enters an invalid password.

disabled
User account has explicitly been disabled by a DTX5000-CTL
Management Appliance administrator.

Target device not
available
User cannot be connected to their target device. No target
devices are available for the user to access.

User station is not
managed by DTX5000-
CTL Management
Appliance User logs in from a user station that the DTX5000-CTL
Management Appliance does not manage. Administrator must
ensure that the user station is added to the DTX5000-CTL
Management Appliance before a user can log in from that user
station.

Transmitter already in use. A user is attempting to log in to a
target workstation; however, the DTX5000-CTL Management
Appliance already has a record of an active media session
involving a different user who is currently using the same
transmitter as part of their active media session.
