6. Set plugs to default on/off values: To set all outlets to their user-defined
on/off status, click on the
Default
button in the All Plugs row and then click
on the
Apply
button. For this feature to function properly, the default on/off
values for each outlet must first be defined.
5.2 Operation via the Text Interface
When using the text interface, all switching functions are performed by invoking
simple ASCII commands. ASCII commands are also used to display status screens
and to log out of command mode. The text interface includes a Help menu that
summarizes all available power manager commands. To display the text interface
Help menu (Figure 5-2), type
