3. Connecting the ClassWork Junior
system
Before connecting the system:
•
Switch off all computers, and disconnect the power cords
•
Place cables away from fluorescent lights, air conditioners, and machines that are
likely to generate electrical noise
•
Ensure that the total cable length between the ClassWork Junior Supervisor and the
last Remote does not exceed 110m / 360ft
•
Caution: For continued protection against risk of fire, replace with the same type
and rating of fuse only.
3.1 Connecting the ClassWork Junior Supervisor card
Figure 3-1 below illustrates the ports on the Supervisor card.
