Use the menu function keys to select the unit. Available units are: MHz, kHz, Hz, mHz,
and uHz.

Configure Amplitude

This section does not apply for noise or DC waveform. The amplitude setting range is limited by
the load and frequency, as shown below:

2 mVpp – 10 Vpp into 50 Ω (4 mVpp – 20 Vpp into open circuit), ≤ 10 MHz

2 mVpp – 5 Vpp into 50 Ω (4 mVpp – 10 Vpp into open circuit), > 10 MHz

Follow the steps below to configure the amplitude of the output:

Press the

Waveforms

button.

Select a waveform from the menu.

Press the Amplitude softkey. The cursor position now highlights the first digit of the
amplitude parameter display.

Use the rotary knob or the numeric keypad to change the amplitude.

If numeric keypad is used, the following screen will be displayed after entering a
number:

Use the menu function keys to select the unit. Available units are: Vpp, mVpp, Vrms,
and mVrms.

Note: When using the numeric keyboard to enter the value, the left arrow key can be used to move the

cursor backward and delete the previous digit.
