Over Voltage Protection

1.

Press the Utility button.

2.

Press the Page 1/2 softkey.

3.

Press the OverVoltage Protection to turn this function on or off.

When overvoltage protection occurs, a message will be displayed and the output will be
disabled.

If set to ON, overvoltage protection of CH1 and CH2 will take effect when either of the
following conditions are met.



The absolute value of input voltage is higher than 11 V ± 0.5 V when the amplitude of the
generator is ≥ 2 Vpp or the absolute value of the DC offset is ≥ 3 V.



The absolute value of input voltage is higher than 4 V ± 0.5 V when the amplitude of the
generator is < 2 Vpp or the absolute value of the DC offset is < 3 V.
