Batch 

The Batch button allows the user to start a non-STAT run while the current run is in process.

1. Click on the 

Batch

 button on the top right corner of the 

intelliPATH Staining System

 window.

2. A dialog box appears, asking whether you want to 

“Do you want to Add more Slides?”

 Select 

Yes

 to proceed. 

3. The 

Prepare Case List

 dialog box will appear and the user will follow the prompts.

4. After the slides are scanned and 

Prepare Reagents

 has been selected, the system door will open, allowing the user 

to load reagents. System door will lock when 

Scan Reagents

 is clicked. User should have reagents ready to load to 

prevent slides in process from over-incubating.

STAT 

This button allows the user to designate a run as STAT. Slide rack E must be available to start a STAT run. The software 
will prioritize slide rack E to process first.
