window, select protocol filter from

Filter By

drop-down menu.

Custom Groups

All Protocols.

Highlight the protocol(s) on the left side of the screen. Click on the

Add Protocols

on the screen’s lower left

side. The selected protocols will then be displayed on the right. To select multiple protocols, highlight protocols
while holding down the Ctrl (Control) key. To remove selected protocols from the case, highlight the list on the
right, and then click

Remove Protocols

.

For each selected protocol, user has the option to select positive and negative control.
