Generate Reports Module

To generate a report highlight the desired report, then click on

Generate Report.

Report Types

Description

User Login Information

States the user activities, including user ID and Login Date/Time.

Reagent Usage

Provides the total volume of all the reagents used for the various runs.

Reagent Usage (by Catalog)

Lists the total volume of reagent usage by catalog number for all runs.

Reagent Usage (by Run)

Collates all the information for reagent usage for a specific run.

IHC Summary

Provides a summary of all the slides in a run with the protocol for each slide.

IHC Report (by Batch)

Provides a summary of all the slides in a batch with the protocol for each slide.

IHC Report (by Run)

Provides a summary of all the slides in a run with the protocol for each slide.

IHC Report (by Case)

Provides a summary of all the slides in a case with the protocol for each slide.

Protocol Validation

Provides a report for a protocol indicating all the steps performed, a comment
section, and sign off section for the pathologist.

Protocol List

Generates a list of all protocols.

Case Summary

Provides a summary of all the tests performed for a particular case.

Case Report

This report provides a summary of all the tests performed for a particular case
along with protocol details.

Reagents List

Generates a list of all reagents grouped by vendor.
